In Search Outdoors was born out of the desire of a group of nature lovers to share their experiences of the outdoors with others. In the seventeen years of our existence we have been active and committed to promoting awareness of the environment around us. 
Since we started our operations in the 2001, somewhere along our journey, we began to venture into adventure activities – night treks, rappelling, parasailing, valley crossing etc. This gave us an insight into drawing out people`s potentials and abilities. Thus, building on this awareness, we equipped ourselves to venture into corporate services 13 years back.

Outbound Corporate Management Programmes (OCMP)

Harnessing the tremendous power of nature is what we excel at. Modeled around the concept of Outbound Training and Development Programmes for the Corporate World, our OCMPs embrace the outdoors and its natural surroundings. Our OCMPs aim at;

• Leadership and Teambuilding. 

Personnel and Organizational OCMPs are organized at locations all over India and involve residential stay at the site.

One Day Non-Residential Programmes (ONRP)

It may not be possible for clients to spare a large number of employees from work over a long period of time. Recognizing this difficulty and keeping in mind the varied needs of organizations, we conduct specific training capsules that are non-residential and for the shorter duration of one day. Emphasizing the requirements and desired outcomes needed by Corporate such non-residential programmes are offered either at offsites or as part of in-house training programmes and seminars.
Through our network of highly trained and experienced facilitators, presenters, instructors and affiliates we ensure that flexible programmes cover aspects such as team building, leadership, management of change etc.

A Holiday with a difference

We offer outbound programmes to Corporates to enjoy `a holiday with a difference`- both non-residential as well as residential holidays at beautiful locations for durations as required by the Corporates. Such programmes would include adventure activities, fun simulations, trails and treks and a lot more to make the event memorable.

Logistics

In addition to the above we provide logistics and support for organizing offsite seminars, conferences and meetings.
